They talk about Anne’s concert in Ft Lauderdale and a big gay brunch day that followed! They also discuss how they decide who takes the middle seat when they fly. Plus the TWA Hotel at JFK and their week spent on the new Explora cruise…and so much more including their new fitness journey.

    Finally, they introduce a new segment called “Neat or On the Rocks”. This is where they will each pick a positive (neat) and a negative (on the rocks) thing that has happened to each of them since the last episode. They will not discuss their answers until they are recording the episode so you will hear their reactions live to tape! They also ask that YOU write them with your picks for “Neat or On the Rocks” or any other ideas you may have for new topics for discussion!

  • Join Anne & Kelli for their 216th NEW episode of #ilovemywife podcast! They are back!

    After an almost 2 year break from podcasting, they are back! The last episode aired in June of 2022 when their lives were suddenly busy and full of travel and touring again. They knew that they had to take a break but they hoped it would just be a pause and not a permanent end. That is what happened.

    Along with Romaine from DNR Studios, they have come up with a new format. They are taking you on the road with them. Whether they are on a cruise ship, at one of Anne's concert tour cities, on a mega yacht, or in a hotel room YOU will be with them. It will be more focused on their lives and less guest focused, however that doesn't mean that when they meet up with interesting people along the way that they won't pop into a podcast here and there. They will again be working with their fabulous producer AJ at DNR Studios so that you will get the same quality you have come to expect from #ilovemywife podcast. They will air a NEW epiosde twice a month so about every 2 weeks or so. Some will be short and some will be long depending on how much has happened. This one is long because they had so much to tell you!

    In this epiosde they catch you up on what has been happening for them the last 2 years including officially becoming empty nesters, getting adjusted to their new home in Jersey City, Kelli rebranding her travel company R Family Vacations to KelliGreggTravel and all the exciting trips that have hosted and have to come, Anne's tour schedule and the cool events she has done over the past 2 years, plus just fun travel and concerts they have shared together.

  • Join Kelli and Anne for their 215th NEW and last episode for now….

    Today they are starting off with a little news. Now that life is up and going and Anne is back on tour and booking gigs on cruise and Kelli is booking lots of exciting travel and they are both traveling a lot, they have decided to press pause on the podcast for awhile. They have loved these past 4 years and 4 seasons of doing the show. They have gotten to showcase so many of their incredibly talented friends PLUS meet lots of new interesting people from all different fields that they never would’ve been able to meet without this show. They also have to thank Derek and Romaine for giving them the chance to do the show and for being so supportive and helpful through the entire process.

    As always they check in about their lives and update you on their big move, Jersey City restaurants, seeing Melissa Etheridge at City Winery NYC, their 9 year wedding anniversary, Vivi’s first college apartment and all that comes with that process and the generation divide between their movie choices from the 80’s.

    Next they reached out to some of their all time favorite guests and asked them to send in a message about why they loved being onI Love My Wife Podcast. From Sharon Gless to Sam Harris to Miss Richfield 1981 to Sandy Bernhard to Billy Stritch, every message made them smile and they hope they make you happy too.

Next he chats about becoming an Obie Award-winning playwright and per­former of The Night Larry Kramer Kissed Me, in which he performed a year off-Broadway (Perry Street) before touring worldwide, and then shooting as a feature film.     Their special guest is Chef Vanda Asapahu from Ayara Thai in Los Angeles, where under her leadership in May of 2019, Ayara Thai was named one of Michelin Guide California’s 2019 Bib Gourmands. Kelli and Anne met Vanda during the pandemic when they did some online Thai cooking classes with her, one of the many creative things she did to help keep her family business afloat during that difficult time. Vanda shares stories about her parents growing up in Thailand and how they moved to California to create better opportunities for their children. Their hardwork and dedication taught her to always strive to do great things including working for the UN in Thailand and finally joining the family business at Ayara Thai.     Their special guest is Kenny Kahn, the founder of Music Land Gift Foundation. Through his own journey with cancer combined with his love of music and philanthropy, he created this amazing non-profit so that patients going through the struggles of cancer do not have to do it in silence. He has an incredible and very personal story about the power of music in the healing process. He talks about how when he was going through his treatments he noticed that so many people were going through it in silence. For him, music made the journey more bearable. His family and friends started sharing playlists with him and it meant the world to feel connected though music. This prompted a desire to work with a team of trusted family, associates and friends to find a transformative idea that uses music to help patients and caregivers through a cancer journey. California and went straight into the CIA at the age of 21 where her career began with the American tragedy of 9/11. She then traveled the world working in the Middle East and talks about what it was like to experience that. She then discusses her decision to leave and join the FBI as a special agent in LA. After several years there she decided to finally follow her original passion and started teaching. She also works with the non-profit Girl Security, which encourages young women to seek employment in the National Security sector and connects them with mentors that are working in the field.
