  • Confidence is your best accessory, and it comes from knowing and loving your authentic self. Ali Levine helped people to tap into that confidence as a celebrity stylist for many years. Not everyone she worked with was grateful for what she offered, however. It took a client blowing up her phone during a traumatic birth experience for Ali to realize that she wanted something more. She felt called to really serve the collective and step into her own evolution. Experiencing postpartum depression, Ali reluctantly got into meditation. It was hard for her at first, but eventually she realized all it had to offer.

Diving deeper into her own healing, Ali stumbled upon breath work. By the time she was ready to birth her second child, Ali was well versed in the benefits of breath work. Utilizing it during her delivery, Ali was truly amazed by what it could truly do. That was when she knew this was something she had to share with others. Now she’s getting certified in breath work, so she can teach this art to others.
