Hello,
A few weeks ago, I was re-watching the Queen movie on Netflix. And there was a quote said by Freddie Mercury that has stayed with me: โGood thoughts, good words, good deeds. Just like you taught me, papa.โ When we have negative thoughts, we are already setting us up for negativity. Thoughts turn into words and then they turn into our actions โ how we choose to live our life. In todayโs show, Iโm sharing with you 10 examples of negative self-talk that I have said myself or, that Iโve heard others say โ including our listeners (those that have shared with me). I hope by bringing these words into the open and giving some reflection from a positive perspective can be helpful to you in case you are using these words in your life.

Hello,
In this weekโs show, you will learn how to break free from remembering the negativity of the past year using something I call The Christmas Letter. Itโs not the traditional letter that you may do now (or in your past) in which you send out a letter to loved ones with an update on your family. Rather, itโs a letter you write to yourself as you reflect on the year. Iโve been doing this the past few years and it has helped me end the year remembering and giving thanks to the good things that happened (instead of focusing on the negative things). I refuse to let the negativity bias take over my memories! I choose to remember the happy โฆ. What do you choose?
