The Mental Health Impact of the last two years of Covid-19 on our youth. This impact has deteriorated the Mental Health of our youth over the last two years by Isolated and many restrictions in community by the government. This has not only hurt the society, but really hurt the youth as there is more depression, social anxiety and suicides are they lack in the coping mechanisms and tools to help with these challenges. The Government has failed the silent ones (youth) that have no voice for themselves. Restricting sports and other activities is what helps our youth gain life skills such as leadership skills, working as a team, hard work, supporting others, problem solving and more skills.
