  • Today’s episode is a replay of an episode we released back in 2019 with my friend and fellow entrepreneur Heather Schishler. Last weekend, Heather tragically passed away after courageously battling cancer. The best way for me to honor her memory and her legacy is to bless you with her encouraging words about life and business.

    Those who knew Heather know that she was always that inspiration for moms in online business. That ray of light who, when she walked into the room, she made everyone there feel so seen and so special.

    Her legacy will continue to live on through her family and through passionforsavings.com.

    And as I re-listened to today’s episode, I re-discovered so many lessons about consistency, faithfulness, team building, leadership, and more.

    I hope Heather's words will encourage and inspire you as much as they've encouraged me today.

  • In today's episode, I'm breaking down step by step, what to work on and when in your online business.

    This episode is a message that I think all entrepreneurs should know.

    So let's start with a quick question: What's your time worth? No, you don't have to DM me with an exact number, but you can if you want to. (My handle's @rachelrmcmichael on Instagram).

    But I'm willing to bet that number would be pretty high… especially if we were valuing your time at where you want your business to be, even in the next six months or a year.

    Especially as an entrepreneur, right?

    As an entrepreneur, our time is our most precious resource. It's our most valuable asset.

    Which means every second that we spend unclear in our business can mean another dollar from our pocket and another potential client who doesn't get the help that we know that we can provide.

    But that doesn't need to happen to you.

    There are steps that you can take to start creating major results in your business right now, and all you need to do is start taking small, simple actions that will help you get there.

    So if you've ever asked the question: “What do I work on first?” Or “What do I do next?” Or “How do I decide I've got so many things on my to-do list? How do I even prioritize it?” Then this episode is for you.

  • What would your business look like if you were able to double your results? Or even completely fill your program or 1:1 slots?

    In order to answer that question… you have to have one thing crystal clear: Confidence that your offer is EXACTLY what someone out there needs.

    In fact, they’re probably looking for you as you’re listening to this episode right now.

    Are you clear on the results and value that you can bring to your clients and customers?

    Chances are you’ve created a program that gets results. And if you’re still struggling with getting sign-ups and consistent sales, then you’re probably struggling with the exact same thing that most do… and that’s how to clearly communicate the value of your offer in a way that makes your ideal customers want to take action NOW…

    And that can cause one of two things to happen:

    Either you try to overcompensate by offering everything (and the kitchen sink) to your clients (which can leave YOU feeling resentful)… or your potential clients are confused… and we all know a confused buyer doesn’t buy.

    And the problem is… no matter which one of these you struggle with - both lead to a cycle of questioning your offer, your business, or even yourself.

    It’s a story that’s all too common, but that story doesn’t have to be yours.

  • On today's episode, we are continuing the conversation about how we use the data to make decisions in our business.

    The problem we see right now with so many struggling business owners is that they're not tracking the data.

    And because they're not tracking the data, they don't get the results that they were expecting, so they make it mean something about them.

    But what if instead, moving forward, what if you fully embraced and knew that the story the data is telling you means nothing about you.

    It means nothing about your worth. It doesn't even necessarily mean anything about your program.

    All it means is that there's something happening that is causing those who would be a good fit for your program to think that they're not right now.

    (Probably something with the way you’re communicating about your program. Not the content in your program, but the way you communicate about the program).

    And when we can start to work on that, can you already start to see how the result will change?

    This is why metrics matter. This is why I get so passionate about the data in your business.

    Because when we understand this, we can scale!
