Welcome to the Maundy Thursday Liturgy of the Meal. This podcast is here to guide you through preparing and eating a meal together as a family on April 1, Maundy Thursday. The liturgy will take you through scripture, discussion, and reflection through your meal, practicing mindfulness at every step, from preparing the meal, setting the table, eating the meal, communion, and sending. Teresa is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) whose journey led her to discover a technique for handling anxiety that can stem from trauma called Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT) otherwise known as "tapping". This is a technique that one follows a pattern of tapping different parts of the body to help focus mind and body.
